Hi, I’m Olivia Frame, founder of In Frame.

Born and raised in Wales, I’ve always had a strong appreciation for the people, businesses, and communities that make our country unique. Throughout my life, I’ve seen countless local businesses with incredible potential, and that inspired me to create In Frame — a marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses gain the visibility and recognition they deserve.

I am a graduate of Swansea University, where I studied Business Management and Marketing. During my time at university, I developed a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, brand strategy, digital marketing, market research, and business development. More importantly, my studies reinforced something I had always believed: successful businesses are built on strong relationships, authentic communication, and a clear understanding of their customers.

My passion for marketing comes from the combination of creativity and strategy. I enjoy understanding what makes a business unique and finding innovative ways to communicate that message to the right audience. Whether through social media management, content creation, branding, or digital campaigns, I love helping businesses tell their story and achieve meaningful growth.

In Frame was founded with a simple ambition: to provide businesses across Wales and beyond with modern, 

effective, and personalised marketing support. I wanted to create a business that combines professional 

expertise with a personal approach, ensuring every client feels valued and understood.

As a young entrepreneur, I am ambitious, driven, and committed to continuous learning. The digital world is
